  • Let’s Get to Know Each Other

    After reviewing applications, we will contact selected candidates by phone. This is a great opportunity for us to learn more about you. During the conversation, we will ask about your professional experience, qualifications, acquired certifications, and education. We are also keen to understand your expectations.

  • Recruitment Meeting

    The meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know you better. You’ll have a chance to tell us more about yourself and learn about the position and our expectations. Present at the meeting will be your potential supervisor and an HR specialist. For certain positions, additional tasks may be required, including conducting part of the interview in English.

  • Feedback

    Following the recruitment meeting, we will provide feedback on our decision. For some positions, the process may include an additional meeting with the company’s management.
    If you’re selected, we’ll present you with a job offer, including detailed terms of employment.
